Thai Sprig Rolls
Last night we made Thai Spring Rolls from a recipe that I found on the Food Network site. We didn't quite follow it to the T, we didn't measure anything and we didn't have fennel. It came out pretty good, anyway. They had their own flavor due to the ginger, cilantro and mint. I would make the eggplant a larger presence if I were to do again. I'm recommending this to try.
