I was pleasantly surprised by this Old Navy ad because of it's use of a dark black model as the central character. Lately fashion is lily white, especially with all the eastern European girls. Or if there is a black girl she still has Anglo features and light skin or lightened by photoshop. It is refreshing to see a different kind of girl in such a highly visible campaign.
